One happy event that we missed last month was the wedding of Dailey & Vincent banjo man Joe Dean to his lovely bride Ashley Garrett on December 11.
The couple took the opportunity of the band’s year end downtime to schedule the ceremony and a Caribbean honeymoon.
Ashley shared a brief overview of their big day.
“The best word to describe our wedding day would be PERFECT!!! The ceremony was held at Wightman Chapel in Nashville, Tennessee where we were surrounded by many of our family, friends, and loved ones. Joe and I feel truly blessed to have found one another and to have a strong support system backing us.
We traveled to Ocho Rios, Jamaica for our honeymoon where we enjoyed 7 days of rest and relaxation at Sandals Grande Resort and Spa. The landscape was breathtaking and the resort staff provided impeccable customer service. We have begun our new life together on a truly magical note!
Joe and I would also like to thank all the bluegrass fans for their kind words and well wishes on our special day.”
