Terry Poirier, host of Kickin’ Canadian Grass on WorldWideBluegrass.com, will be airing a special Rounder Records 40th Anniversary episode on Monday evening (12/14).
He’ll feature plenty of music from Rounder’s catalog, plus an interview with Ken Irwin, one of the founders of the company. An interview is also scheduled with a popular Rounder artist, though Terry is holding back their identity to make for a Monday night surprise.
Kickin’ Canadian Grass airs from 7:00-9:00 p.m. (EST) and can be heard online. Irwin will join Poirier in the first hour of the broadcast, and the super-secret special guest in the second. Interspersed will be music from Rounder releases over the past 40 years.
