Jim Gabeheart makes the news

Event Details

I’ve known a number of banjo picking attorneys in my day (insert joke here), but Jim Gabeheart is the first five-slinging prosecutor to make my acquaintance.

In addition to his duties as an Assistant Prosecutor in Lincoln County, WV, Jim plays banjo and co-fronts a bluegrass band with his wife Valerie. He works a flexible schedule with the Prosecutor’s office to ensure that Jim & Valerie Gabeheart can make performance arrangements on the long time line required for major festivals and concert venues, and works hard to keep all the details straight on his two divergent career paths.

This week, Jim’s twin passions caught the attention of producers for WOWK TV in Huntington, who put together a piece for their 13 News at 6 program.
