Jesse Smathers to Nothin Fancy

Event Details

smathersNothin Fancy has a new look for the 2014 season.

They have brought Jesse Smathers on to play guitar and sing tenor. He hails from Eden, NC and had worked previously with James King, on both mandolin and guitar.

Mike Andes, mandolinist and founding member of Nothin Fancy, tells us that all the guys are eager to share their new sound.

“I am so excited to hit the road with Jesse. His tenor is effortless and his guitar skills are awesome.”

Here’s a video from last week of Jesse with Nothin Fancy, singing a Buck Owens classic.
