Thursday at Norwalk 2016

The Thursday stage show at the Norwalk Music FestivalGavin Conley performs with Harbourtown at the 2016 Norwalk Music Festival in Norwalk, OH (July 7, 2016) - photo © Bill Warren was opened by Breakline, a swing band fronted by promoter Kurt Hickman. Ohio based bands, Lloyd Blevins and Ramblin’ Mountain and the Red Dust Mountain Boys followed. Host band, Harbourtown, closed the show.

The last few songs of their set featured seven year old Gavin Conley. Gavin is the grandson of Harbourtown guitarist, John Coffey. Gavin has appeared on stage since he was three making him a veteran musician at his tender age.

Friday brings Idletymes, Out of Mind, Harbourtown, Mitch Jr. and Drivin’ Time, Blue Mafia, and Junior Sisk and Rambler’s Choice to the Norwalk stage. Junior and promoter Chris Smith will be doing a Ralph Stanley tribute during the evening sets. The band of Ruhks will be featured on Saturday.
