Three Ring Circle on The Opry tonight

Event Details

Three Ring CircleThe bluegrass radio options for the weekend are richer yet than what we already posted this morning. In addition to Cherryholmes on Sirius, Marty Raybon on XM, and Dale Ann Bradley on The Opry, Three Ring Circle is set to perform on tonight’s (9/1) Friday edition on The Grand Ole Opry radio show.

Three Ring Circle is Rob Ickes on resonator guitar, Andy Leftwich on mandolin, and Dave Pomeroy on bass. Their debut, self-titled release is nominated in both the Instrumental Album and Recorded Event categories for 2006.

The Friday Opry broadcast runs from 9:00-11:00 p.m. (EDT), with Three Ring Circle up during the final half hour. Bobby Osborne is also on tonight’s show, appearing in the 9:30-10:00 p.m. segment.

Tune in on WSM 650 AM out of Nashville, catch the live WSM audio stream online, or turn to channel 117 on Sirius Satellite Radio to hear the program.
