Event Details

Memorial Day Weekend saw the Northern Indiana Bluegrass Music Association present the 39th year of their festival. Saturday was opened by New County Grass from Michigan. They were followed by the traditional sounds of the Kevin Prater Band. Trinity River brought their sibling harmony to three days of the festival. Kenny Stinson, despite shoulder surgery two days earlier, then brought Perfect Tym’n to the Kendallville, Indiana stage. The Gibson Brothers headlined the festival to the crowd’s delight. Rachel Burge and New Dawning brought a strong, new presence to the festival.

NIBMA has two festivals a year. They are on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend. Both are held on the Noble County Fairgrounds in Kendallville, Indiana.
