Jason Davis to Ramblers Choice

Event Details

Jason Davis will soon be the new banjo picker with Junior Sisk and Rambler’s Choice. Darrell Wilkerson is leaving the band in April, and Jason will step in at that time.

Davis has been playing with Grasstowne since the group formed in December of 2006, and had been working with Kenny & Amanda Smith before then. His solo CD, Steppin’ Out, was released to widespread critical acclaim in 2007, and he was also featured on the second Huber Banjos CD, Cuppa ‘Jo.

You can find the Rambler’s Choice tour schedule online if you want to catch Jason with the band this season.

Alan Bibey tells us that he would have an announcement soon about a new banjo player for Grasstowne.
