A large portion of the bluegrass community mourned the passing last week of Australian radio personality Geoff Morris, who died March 5 from cancer. He had fans and friends across the globe from his regular online program on WorldWideBluegrass, and his several visits to the US over the years.
Phoenix FM, the home radio station from whence Morris broadcast in Bendigo, recorded Geoff’s memorial service this morning, and posted it online for his friends around the world to enjoy this remembrance of his life.
Lovely, but perhaps bittersweet.
