Tonight’s (10/17) edition of Conan on TBS will feature a song from Ricky Skaggs and Bruce Hornsby. The duo are currently on tour with Skaggs’ Band, Kentucky Thunder, in support of their latest compilation project, Cluck Ol’ Hen, a live album from a previous tour.
They are scheduled to perform The Way It Is, Hornsby’s breakout hit from 1986, done up with a bluegrass treatment. The song is one of 12 tracks on the new album, all taken from Bruce and Ricky’s various recordings over the years.
Conan, starring Conan O’Brien, airs at 11:00 p.m. (EDT) on the TBS network, available on most cable and satellite packages.
