Irish bluegrass singer and songwriter Niall Toner has accepted yet another award for his music.
He was named Songwriter Of The Year for 2015 at the Leinster Entertainment Awards Show, held at the Kilashee House Hotel, near Naas, in County Kildare.
Toner performed on the show with his band, where they raised money for area charities. They featured material from his current CD, Working On Love, independently released this past February.
Niall will be back in the US later this year for an album launch concert at Nashville’s Station Inn on September 28, followed by a number of appearances at IBMA’s World of Bluegrass and Wide Open Bluegrass festival in early October.
