Kristin Scott Benson has released a banjo tab book and CD package for her current solo project, Stringworks.
The Grascals banjo picker worked with noted transcriber Russell Sawler to create tab for all the banjo solos and backup from the album, which includes a mix of her new banjo originals and a number of classic tunes.
Also included with the book is a music-minus-one CD which contains all the tracks from the album, with the banjo removed so that you can play along with her crack studio band on all these tunes. If you have one of the popular audio slow-down applications, you can utilize her band at slower speeds while you are learning from the tabs.
