White Oak Shores Campground will host its third annual bluegrass festival in Stella, NC on September 28 – 29th. This is a small, regional festival which, while it has a couple of national touring bands (LRB and Carolina Road) appearing, will also feature many local and regional bands. During the next month or so, I’ll be trying to feature a local band or exceptional musician for the benefit of fans and promoters looking for something they haven’t heard before.
