Pretty Little Girl from Galax video

Event Details

IIIrd Tyme Out rolled their big red bus into Galax, VA last week to shoot a music video for Pretty Little Girl From Galax, a song from, Prime Tyme, their current Rural Rhythm release that spent many weeks on our Bluegrass Today Weekly Airplay chart.

The shoot involved a pair of Galax landmarks, Barr’s Fiddle Shop and the Rex Theater, both well known to locals for their support of bluegrass music.

Sammy Passamano was manning the camera and directing the shoot, which starred Loose Strings banjo picker Ashley Nale in the title role. The boys in the band play dual roles as auto mechanics and bluegrass stars, as these still photos from the shoot attest.

No word yet on when the video will be released, but judging from the quick turnaround on previous Rural Rhythm shoots, it won’t be long.
