Kel Kroydon Banjo news

Event Details

We recently received a note from our friend Tom Mirisola, with Kel Kroydon banjos. Tom has resurrected this trade name, once an “off brand” of the Gibson company used to market less costly versions of their banjos, guitars and mandolins.

Tom wanted to share that a price increase is imminent, effective May 1, 2006. He also mentioned that he will soon begin offering the highly ornamented necks and resonators used in the Kel Kroydons for individual sale to builders and hobbyists, and that they will be displaying the banjos in Boston at Banjo Camp North in mid-May.
