Doyle Lawson’s Family of Friends

Event Details

Doyle LawsonDoyle Lawson has launched a new fan site, designed to offer his most devoted followers the opportunity to more closely follow him, and his trusty band. And to entice folks to shell out the $60 membership fee, he and Quicksilver have created a new album of their classic hits, recut by the current group.

Billed as Doyle Lawson’s Family of Friends, members will immediately receive two downloads of an exclusive Family project, Classic History. It includes such DLQ favorites as Julie Ann, Sea Of Life, River Of Tears, She’s Walking Through My Memory, Blue Train, Handmade Cross and many others. One download is for the studio album, the other a special Pick With The Band edition with one instrument or vocal part of your choice removed.

A Pick With The Band version of Doyle’s current project, Roads Well Traveled, is also offered at no additional charge. Members can also elect to get Classic History sent as a physical CD.

Additionally, all members of Family of Friends will receive two new recorded tracks each month for download, access to both new and historic photo galleries, and a members-only discussion area.

Here’s a full explanation on video.
