Frank Baker made the rounds at two of the IBMA Bluegrass Ramble venues, the artist showcase programs held at clubs around downtown Raleigh in the evenings after the daytime business events. He caught Barefoot Movement at The Pour House, and Mile Twelve and Bill and The Belles at The Lincoln Theater, and shared these images.
