Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike have released a sampler video to introduce the music from their upcoming project, Small Town Heroes.
Using a series of live clips and photos set against music from the CD, fans can get a taste of the new album, which marks a return to a distinctly bluegrass sound for Smith, who has experimented with some different styles on recent releases. Small Town Heroes also features her latest edition of Liberty Pike, with Joe Zauer on banjo, Tom Gray on bass, Lisa Kay Howard on mandolin, and Wally Hughes on fiddle and reso-guitar.
