Saturday photos from Newell Lodge

Event Details

Saturday afternoon turned sunny and warm for the last day of the Newell Lodge Festival.

Frances Mooney and Fontanna Sunset kicked the day off, and were followed by the Amanda and Scott Anderson Band. Amanda is another of the fine young singers emerging in bluegrass.

Eddie Rose and Highway Forty came in from North Carolina. Ralph Stanley II brought his Stanley sound to the stage. He was followed by Volume Five.

All in all it was a good day to be a bluegrass music fan in South Georgia!
