It looks we’re in a Scandinavian mood this morning…
G2 has released a second video from their latest album, Mind Over Matter. It’s not really a bluegrass track, more of an acoustic ballad, featuring guitarist and lead vocalist Christoffer Olsson. The other band members show up in the video, but this one is really Christoffer’s.
The song is My Weary Heart, a melancholy number in the form of a letter to an absent parent from a grown son, reminiscing on the damage done. If this has been an issue in your life, expect this one to tug at your emotions a bit.
The video was filmed in Färingsö, Sweden, directed by Ulf Hansson and Erika Cardenas Hedenberg.
