Lorraine Jordan has been teasing us all with talk about her upcoming album, Country Grass, this past few months. It’s a concept record where she and her crack bluegrass band team up with some of the most celebrated singers in country music to recreate their hit songs in a “Country Grass” style.
Included will be tracks with Marty Raybon, Jim Ed Brown, Eddy Raven, Crystal Gayle, Lynn Anderson, John Conlee, T.G. Shephard, Lee Greenwood, Jesse Keith Whitley, Ronnie Reno, and The Kentucky Headhunters.
In this new track-by-track video, Lorraine plays a piece of each song, and talks a bit about them, and the featured artists, as well.
