Greetings from Grand Rapids, Michigan

Greetings from the Great Lakes State where bluegrass is alive and well. Our summer is going along swimmingly, with the usual selection of bluegrass festivals to entertain us. I just joined the Bluegrass Blog and I love what I see. I thought I would send a greeting out to the other members of the blog.

We have a great bluegrass association here called the West Michigan Bluegrass Music Association, with a website address of www.wmbma.org. I teach banjo here in Grand Rapids, and I have a banjo-themed website and blog at www.banjosrule.com. Acoustic music is alive and well in west Michigan!

I look forward to my time on Bluegrass Today and I look forward to interacting with all of you.
