Bluegrass singer/songwriter/guitarist Gary Ferguson tells us that he is preparing for his 7th consecutive summer tour in Ireland. He is heading off from Pennsylvania on July 12 to join his Irish compatriots Janet Holmes and Colin Henry for 9 shows in 10 days abroad.
Billing as Ferguson, Holmes and Henry, this trans-Atlantic trio mixes the folk heritage of bluegrass and Celtic music with their own compositions. Gary plays guitar, Colin reso-guitar, and Janet provides vocals. Their debut EP was released in June, with 8 original songs written by the three of them.
