Event Details

The Athens Harvest Festival is officially back for its third year at Lake Snowden, for an exciting Labor Day Weekend filled with world-class Bluegrass music; a focus on Appalachian life, agriculture, and community food and farming initiatives. The weekend will also be capped off with a spectacular Fireworks Display! This Athens-rooted celebration is quickly becoming an annual holiday destination spot for the Tri-State area and beyond!

The Annual Athens County Labor Day Spectacular will be held August 31 to September 2, 2018, and will feature:

National, regional and local Bluegrass music, including Billy Strings, Blue Moon Soup, The Restless Leg String Band, String Therapy, The Bluegrass Sweethearts, The Red Brush Band and more!

A world-class Fireworks display over Lake Snowden

The Athens Harvest Kitchen (serving delicious local food from local farmers and suppliers!)
