Dwight brings his bluegrass to The Late Show

Event Details

Last night, Dwight Yoakam brought his new bluegrass sound to CBS Television and appeared on The Late Show with the band with whom he recorded his latest album, Swimming Pools, Movie Stars.

Bluegrass superstars one and all, these accomplished grassers gave Yoakam’s Gone (That’ll Be Me) a good ride for the national TV audience. Scott Vestal was on banjo, Adam Steffey on mandolin, Stuart Duncan on fiddle, Jon Randall on guitar, and Barry Bales on bass.

Have a look at the video (after a brief commercial announcement)…

Swimming Pools, Movie Stars is available now wherever country and bluegrass music is sold.
