Becky Buller introduces her touring band

Becky Buller Band - photo by Shelly SwangerSinger and songwriter – and now bandleader – Becky Buller has introduced her road band who will be touring with her this year and beyond.

After a successful career as a loyal band member to a number of popular acts (Valerie Smith, Darin & Brooke Aldridge), Buller has recently struck out on her own. Her ‘Tween Earth and Sky album has been a hit with critics, radio, and fans, but she has worked mostly with throw-together sidemen. Until now.

Ned Luberecki had been previously announced as Becky’s banjo player when he left Chris Jones & the Night Drivers a few weeks ago.

This morning Becky has identified that Dan Boner, Director of the Bluegrass, Old Time and Country Music Studies program at ETSU will serve as her mandolinist and fiddler. Buller met him when Dan was assistant director of the program while she was a student there.

On guitar, Buller has lefty guitarist Brandon Bostic, who will also play some reso-guitar. Bluegrass fans will remember him from his time with Blue Moon Rising, and he bears a startling resemblance to one of the Darrell Brothers.

Daniel Hardin is on bass, who Becky boasts is one of the finest tenor singers you’ll ever hear. The Becky Buller Band… voila!
