Bluegrass Crossword: Don’t You Call My Name

Event Details

Bluegrass Today Crosswords

This week’s puzzle is filled with as many nicknames or stage names of bluegrass musicians as I could think of, along with a few random bluegrass song lyrics, and one clue for any hog farmers there may be among us.

That last one gives me an opportunity to brag about the time in the 1990s when I was invited to have dinner with the Clinch Mountain Boys. Dr. Stanley told me a joke that depended on being conversant with various hog breeds, which I was only slightly, but as it happened I was lucky enough to get the joke and laugh at the right place. Whew!

If you’re not so lucky with this puzzle, remember you can use the “Assist” menu (or the light bulb icon, if you’re on a mobile device), any time you see the words “HINT AVAILABLE.”

Have fun, and be sure to visit Bluegrass Today every Saturday morning for a brand new bluegrass puzzle.
