Sam Bush Band, One On One

Event Details

Sam Bush

If you might ever be conflicted about whether The Sam Bush Band has forgotten their bluegrass roots, this recent video they filmed for the online program, One On One, should eradicate any doubts.

When the band was in New York in mid-July, they met up with videographer Ehud Lazin at The City Winery where they filmed this session. Sam and the guys laid down two smokin’ bluegrass classics, Little Girl Of Mine In Tennessee and Nine Pound Hammer.

Lazin offers these One On One videos at no charge online, with him responsible for all the shooting, editing, audio and video work. You can see all of them, which Ehud describes as a project for fans, from a fan, on YouTube.

The Sam Bush Band is Scott Vestal on banjo, Stephen Mougin on guitar, Chris Brown on drums, Todd Parks on bass, and Bush on mandolin.
