Santa Is On His Way – Bill and the Belles

Event Details

Bill and the Belles, a retro string band from East Tennessee, have shared this charming Christmas video filmed at the Pointer Brand factory in Bristol.

It’s their version of the Bob Wills holiday classic, Santa Is On His Way, complete with a visit from the Big Man himself, played by WETS radio announcer Dave Carter.

Bill is actually Kris Truelsen on guitar and vocals, and the Belles are Grace Van’t Hof on banjo, and Kalia Yeagle on fiddle. Karl Zerfas is on bass.

Additional characters were played by:

  • Elfy Longstocking – Joy Blair
  • Elf #42 – Collin Stewart
  • Elfis Presley – Scotty Almany
  • Eleanor the Elf – Callie Baker

The video was shot and edited by Josh Littleton.

Merry Christmas everyone!
