Sierra Hull is London bound

Sierra Hull is coming over to the UK to play a couple of showcase dates to help launch the UK release of her new album, Daybreak (Rounder 0658), due to become available in July.

The record hit in the US in early March, and Sierra has been actively touring since she finished her course work at the Berklee College of Music last month. She tells us that this is just a quick trip across, and she’s coming over without her touring band in tow.

“I’m heading over to London for about 5 days to do some press on the new album and while there, I will be playing at a couple venues with Justin Moses playing guitar and singing with me.

This will be my first time to Europe. We will have a really busy schedule while there, but should have a little time to do some sight seeing before we leave. I’m excited to say the least!”

The dates are as follows ….

Also, Sierra will be doing a radio session with Bob Harris, to be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 next Thursday (6/9) at 7:00 p.m. (BST).
