Sam Bush has a couple of new YouTube videos. The first finds the camera behind the scenes at the photo shoot for Sam’s upcoming Sugar Hill CD, Circles Around Me, due on October 20.
In an interview we did with Sam back in April, he let on that this new project would mark a return to the sort of bluegrass/newgrass vibe on which he has built his career. Great news for his legion of fans from that side of the tracks.
The second is one shot in early June at the Music For Massey benefit show with Connor Goodwin. Connor is the inspiration behind Connor’s Heroes, an organization which seeks to help conquer childhood cancer and provide assistance to pediatric cancer patients and their families.A cancer survivor himself, Sam makes a point to take part in this show each year, and his interview with Connor here is a real heartwarmer.
