High Rollers take the prize

Jimmy Metts with New Cuts Of Bluegrass has announced the winner in our Win A Free Track contest.

The High Rollers from Tennessee will have a track from their Welcome The High Rollers CD included on the April issue of New Cuts Of Bluegrass at no charge ($500 value). This disc goes out to more than 400 radio stations in the US who feature bluegrass programming.

Their song, You’re Gonna Change Your Mind, was chosen from among the many tracks submitted. The song was written by band members Larry Chunn and John Tomlin, and is a perfect example of the sort of hard charging traditional bluegrass that the group performs.

The band name comes from banjo picker Robin Roller. She is joined by Chunn on guitar, Tomlin on mandolin, Curtis Mann on bass, and Gail Rudisill-Johnson on fiddle.

Congratulations to The High Rollers from Bluegrass Today and New Cuts of Bluegrass!
