Congratulations Jeremy and Shaylon

Event Details

Shaylon Gray and Jeremy Chapman are married October 26, 2013 - photo by Vickie ChapmanJeremy Chapman, mandolinist with The Chapmans, and Shaylon Gray were united in marriage this past weekend.

The wedding was held on October 26 in a small ceremony with family and friends in Near Clever, MO. Shaylon is a bluegrass musician as well, a fiddler active in northwestern Missouri. The two were friends before they started courting.

The happy couple headed off for a cruise to celebrate their honeymoon on Sunday, only to discover when they boarded that they had booked on the same ship as the First Quality Bluegrass Cruise. So much for a discreet getaway far from prying eyes!

Brother John Chapman said they called home before leaving port to share that news, and everyone had a good laugh about Jeremy’s accidental bluegrass booking.

Congratulations to Jeremy and Shaylon from Bluegrass Today.
