Rockets video from the ‘Dusters

Event Details

The Infamous Stringdusters have released a new music video for Rockets, the ‘sort of’ title track for their most recent album, Silver Sky.

It’s a wonderfully upbeat song, and a clever video, conceived and edited by Billy Hume, who serves as audio producer for the band.

Dusters guitarist Andy Falco shared a few tidbits about the shoot.

“The library shots were filmed by Tom Daly in Charlottesville, VA in what’s known as the Pink Warehouse. It’s an historic apartment building where I happen to live. The Festy Experience and our management offices are on the rooftop. Also, it’s supposedly the subject of Dave Matthews’ song, The Warehouse, and the site of the first DMB show.

The final concept of this video came from Billy Hume, and he shot the other scenes at his place down in Atlanta.”

Nicely done, one and all.
