Traveler - Jerry DouglasJerry Douglas, the reigning superstar of the resonator slide guitar, has released a video trailer to introduce his upcoming album, Traveler, due June 26 on eOne Music (formerly Koch Records).

As long time fans are well aware, Jerry cut his musical teeth on bluegrass, making appearances as a young man on records from The Country Gentlemen, J.D. Crowe & The New South, and Seldom Scene. His music these days is split between Alison Krauss & Union Station and his own solo career as a bandleader and recording artist. Douglas’ bluegrass background informs everything he does, but his musical horizons have expanded far beyond the early vision of Bill Monroe.
