A winner has been announced in the Jeff Brown & Still Lonesome Name That Bus contest. The object was – you guessed it – to come up with a name for the band’s new blue bus.
And the winner is Teresa Jewell of Rosedale, VA who suggested the name Midnight Flyer. Brown says that it was chosen from among almost 200 entries, most of them really good suggestions.
So if you see Midnight Flyer going along I-81, be sure to honk and wave.
Teresa receives 2 tickets to see Jeff Brown & Still Lonesome at the 1st Annual Bristol Bluegrass Spring Fest, held March 27-28 of 2015, plus some band merchandise.
Brown is promoting this new festival at the Holiday Inn & Convention Center in Bristol featuring top bands in the traditional bluegrass scene like Larry Sparks, Junior Sisk, Blue Highway and more.
