The Boxcars CD this month

All In - The BoxcarsI just heard from Adam Steffey, who tells us that The Boxcars’ second Mountain Home CD, All In, is set for release later this month. This much-anticipated sophomore project will feature Adam on mandolin along with fellow Boxcars Ron Stewart on banjo, Keith Garrett on guitar, Harold Nixon on bass and John Bowman on fiddle.

My attempts at getting further details were squelched by an exclusive premiere scheduled for our friends at Bluegrass Junction on Sirius-XM.

Adam sez…

“We’re heading to Nashville later this week to record a Track By Track with Kyle Cantrell for Sirius/XM that will be aired in the very near future. The new project will be available for order on our website (www.theboxcars.com) very soon.

We are all very excited about the project and look forward to getting it released for folks to hear.”

The guys will be here in Roanoke next week, and I’ll see what I can find out then. More information about All In is also expected later this week.

As you would expect from any new dad, Adam also shared a photo of his twin sons.

The boys are growing and are both healthy and happy!!

Here’s A.P. (left) and Riley (right) enjoying some Spring like temps on the front porch in East Tennessee.

All that’s left is for them to decide what instrument they want to play and then the neighborhood is in for it!
