Terry Baucom to Roe Entertainment

Terry Baucom & The Dukes of DriveRoe Entertainment in Maryville, TN has announced the signing of Terry Baucom & The Dukes of Drive to an exclusive representation contract.

The band is fronted by the iconic banjo man, with Will Jones on guitar, Joey lemons on mandolin, and Joe Hannabach on bass. Joey takes the bulk of the lead vocals with assistance from Will and Terry.

Jim Roe, principal agent with the company, says that he’s been a Baucom fan since he discovered bluegrass music.

“After becoming a bluegrass music fan just 12 years ago, a friend shared the Boone Creek CD, One Way Track, with me and I quickly became not only a Boone Creek fan, but a Terry Baucom fan, as well. In 2011, Terry gave me a copy of his CD In a Groove and I was blown away again. Let’s face it, Terry makes great bluegrass music! Terry Baucom’s Dukes of Drive are so unbelievably talented and I cannot wait for you to see them.”

And Bauc is comfortable placing his career in Jim’s hands.

“I am happy to be working with Roe Entertainment. Jim is good at what he does. Having known him for several years now, he has proven to be honest and trustworthy. And to me, that type of integrity is the most important thing about who represents any band my name is on.”
