Lorraine Jordan, owner and operator of Lorraine’s Coffee House & Music in Garner, NC, selected the Tennessee Bluegrass Band to close out this 2025 season of live Friday and Saturday night music performances at the popular Raleigh-area venue.

The band, consisting of Lincoln Hensley on banjo, Tim Laughlin on mandolin, Michael Feagan on fiddle, Josiah Sheffield on bass, and Jacob Sheffield on guitar, entertained the full-house audience with bluegrass standards as well as selections from their latest album on the band’s own Flagpond Records label, Nolichucky.

In addition to the two packed 45-minute sets, the band celebrated lead singer and guitarist Jacob Sheffield’s 19th birthday. Afterward, host Lorraine Jordan presented Christmas gifts to the band members, as well as to everyone in the audience.

G. Nicholas Hancock was in attendance to capture the event with his camera, and shared the photo gallery below.
