Steve Martin guests at Trischka’s School Of Banjo

Tony Trischka produced Steve Martin’s last bluegrass album, and has asked Steve to return the favor by posting a guest lesson at the Tony Trischka School Of Banjo.

Martin has obliged, creating a video demonstrating the song Hide Behind A Rock from his current Rare Bird Alert CD.

The lesson is available to anyone enrolled in the program, which features the same video exchange system utilized throughout the new ArtistWorks Academy of Bluegrass, of which Tony’s banjo school is a part.

Here’s a taste of the Martin lesson.
