Steve Gulley introduces Stuart Wyrick

Stuart WyrickSteve Gulley has prepared a brief video to introduce a new album, East Tennessee Sunrise, from his good friend, Stuart Wyrick. It was recorded at Steve’s Curve Studio and is set for a fall release on Rural Rhythm Records.

Stuart is an accomplished banjo picker currently working with Dale Ann Bradley, and he has released a pair of singles from the album this month. One is a rip roarin’ banjo tune called Stitzenburg Breakdown, and the other a bouncy, whiskey running number called Little Moonshine Johnny, written and sung by celebrated East Tennessee vocalist Keith Williams.

Both are available for download purchase now in iTunes, and to radio programmers through Airplay Direct.

Here’s Steve with a few words (and sounds) about Stuart and his upcoming project.
