Everyone seems to be having fun with our March MASHness 2016 reader poll, where we are asking you to choose your favorite bluegrass artist through a tiered bracket that largely mirrors the NCAA basketball tournament, also coming to its conclusion next week.
Round four find three #1 seeds making it through to the final four, with one #8 (Blue Highway) coming in as a decided underdog. All the round three ballots were close with the contest between Bill Monroe and Flatt & Scruggs in the Founding Fathers division decided by less than 1%.
These round four ballots will be open until the afternoon of April 4, the same day that the NCAA holds its championship game. Then we’ll ask you to select the winner in our first March MASHness.
Several thousand votes have been cast, and there are just two more rounds to go!
