Old Salt Union to Blue Sun Entertainment

Event Details

Old Salt UnionOld Salt Union has announced that they are now affiliated with Blue Sun Entertainment agency, working with Mike Kaiz out of Chicago.

Things have been moving fast for OSU this year. The band was selected as an official showcase act at this year’s World of Bluegrass convention in Raleigh, NC, bringing their modern bluegrass with a rough and ragged edge to the proceedings of the International Bluegrass Music Association. They also released their most recent recording, a six-song EP called Cut & Run, earlier in the spring.

They are John Brighton on fiddle and mandolin, Jesse Farrar on bass and guitar, Ryan Murphy on banjo, Justin Wallace on mandolin and guitar, and newest member Rob Kindle on guitar. Everybody sings.

Check them out in this video for Feel My Love from the Cut & Run project.

You can sample more of their music on the Old Salt Union web site.
