New single from Mark Houser

Uneven Road - Mark Houser & Bluegrass DriveMark Houser is releasing a new single to radio on Tuesday. It’s the title track to his 2012 Rural Rhythm album, Uneven Road, which we reviewed earlier this year.

This appealing singer and songwriter is supported here by A-list pickers. Cory Walker played banjo, Barry Bales bass, Cody Kilby guitar, Scott Sanders reso-guitar, and Andy Leftwich fiddle and mandolin.

Mark tells us that he decided to push this song to radio based on the tremendous response it has received since the album’s release.

“The song is about unconditional love. I have received emails and messages from all across the country about this song and have had numerous couples tell me they were using it or planning to use it in their wedding. I am happy it has touched people in that way.”

Radio programmers will receive the track on the latest edition of Rural Rhythm’s Fresh Cuts & Key Tracks (mailed May 17), or they can access it via Airplay Direct.
