Lou Reid & Carolina have released a video clip from their 20th Anniversary live DVD, recorded live last December at the Down Home in Johnson City, TN. The concert was captured for both an audio CD and DVD release, with the CD due first later this month on KMA Records.
Fans who remember Lou as an original member of Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver will recall this song, Heart Of A Little Mountain Girl, which he sang on the classic 1982 album, Quicksilver Rides Again. It’s also the debut single from Carolina’s new CD, 20th Anniversary Concert, Live at the Down Home.
The live album is expected to be released this month, with the DVD to follow later this year. Radio programmers can download the single now from Airplay Direct.
