Monroeville video shoot for Pot Of Gold

The Monroeville boys shot a music video last week just ahead of the release of their self-titled, debut CD on May 17.

The video is for Chris Stapleton’s Pot Of Gold, the third track on this 9 song EP. David Poag directed the shoot, which was set at Puckett’s Cafe in Franklin, TN, a 150 year old farm in nearby Culleoka, and in a number of locations in downtown Nashville.

The guys wouldn’t share much about the video concept, other than to say that it’s a boy meets girl vibe, with a twist. Oh… and they find their pot of gold.

No video samples yet, but they have posted a number of photos from the shoot on the band Facebook page. All of the members of Monroeville are seen in the video, with banjo player Zane Petty also taking an acting role alongside actress/model Taylor Rogers.

Here’s a listen to the song…
