Here Comes Feller & Hill… Again

feller_hillFeller & Hill have announced the imminent release of their second album, Here Comes Feller & Hill… Again, due later this month from Blue Circle Records.

The record once again combines their passion for traditional bluegrass, flavored by ’60s-style twang country. Think The Boys From Indiana meet Buck Owens. It’s a very effective combination, at least the way these boys do it.

Tom Feller tells us that they spent most of November and December in the studio, and have been holding up the release until they could fit in to the schedules of two special guest vocalists, Rhonda Vincent and Heather Berry-Mabe. That all having been accomplished, the new album is slated to hit on March 25.

As a pre-release teaser, Tom and Chris have produced this brief audio sampler with snippets from the songs, along with their comments.

Sounds like a winner!

The Feller & Hill ShowThe audio sampler also serves as an introduction to their next venture. Tom and Chris are working now on a pilot for a new online radio show, shockingly called The Feller & Hill Show.

Tom says that the concept is simple…

“Our idea is to have a mixed format of entertaining talk radio and bluegrass/traditional music…the kind that we love.”

Once the show is up and running, they’ll take a look at syndication possibilities. Feller and Hill jointly own their own recording studio, giving them the capability to produce a regular program for radio. Tom says they have also been working there on two new albums for The Wildwood Valley Boys.

It looks like these two will have a busy year. Keep up with their comings and goings online.
