Healed coming soon from Locust Ridge

Healed - Locust RidgeJuly 30 has been announced as the release date for Healed from Locust Ridge on Rural Rhythm Christian. The members of this East Tennessee quartet are three brothers, Russell, Josh, and Larry Allen, along with close family friend Andy Blalock.

These four young musicians take their music and message throughout their region of the US, performing primarily in churches in North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. Larry Allen is on bass, brother Russell on guitar, and Josh on mandolin, with Blalock on banjo.

Steve Gulley recorded and produced the album at his Curve Studio, where he also helped with some co-writing and harmony vocals. Justin Moses contributed support on a number of instruments, and Dale Ann Bradley stopped in for some harmony work as well.

Gulley offered a concise overview of Locust Ridge’s sound.

“If I had to describe their music, I’d call it ‘heartfelt, spirit-filled, anointed, Church house singin’! Great singers, songwriters and musicians who truly are Godly men. I am so excited for everyone to hear the new project, Healed. It’s a wonderful culmination of a blessed ministry where The Lord always comes first.”

Radio programmers can download all 13 tracks now from Airplay Direct.
