[HUNTSVILLE, AL] – The South Huntsville Main Business Association and County Commissioner Phil Riddick are thrilled to present the Bluegrass & BBQ Festival on October 14th, from 2pm-8pm at Southside Park. This FREE community event promises a day of foot-stomping bluegrass music, mouthwatering barbecue, and family fun.
Commissioner Phil Riddick adds, “We look forward to this every year and this year will be no different with an amazing line up of great Bluegrass bands. There’s no better way to spend a fall Saturday afternoon with the family than to enjoy some great music at the park.”
Join us at Southside Park on Chaney Thompson Road on October 14th for a memorable celebration of music, food, and community spirit. Back again this year is cherished bluegrass band, Three on a String, and joining them are Iron Horse, and Grasstronaughts. First band goes on at 2pm and the last band starts at 6pm. Alongside the music, local food trucks will serve up a delectable array of dishes to satisfy every craving. Grab your picnic blanket or chair and enjoy some great music in South Huntsville!
