Eddie Stubbs - "the lovely and talented" according to Sam Bush - is inducting legendary bass player Howard Watts into the Bluegrass Hall Of Fame.

Kathy Mattea is presenting the 2007 Male Vocalist of the Year award, which goes to Bradley Walker.
